Toby Radford played professional cricket for Middlesex and Sussex before embarking on a career as a professional coach. He launched the Middlesex Academy in the early 2000’s, with the likes of Steven Finn and Billy Godleman progressing through its ranks and was Head Coach at Middlesex when the county became national T20 champions in 2008.Toby set up the West Indies High Performance centre in Barbados in 2010 and delivered the Programme to, among others, Jason Holder, Shannon Gabriel and Shane Dowrich. Toby was batting Coach and assistant coach for the West Indies team when they were crowned World T20 Champions in Sri Lanka in 2012 and when West Indies defeated England in a Test Series in the Caribbean for the first time in 17 years.
Toby, who was Head Coach at Glamorgan in 2014 and 2015, is an ECB level 4 coach and currently presents the batting modules for the ECB on its Specialist and Advanced coach education courses.
